Business Fibre FAQ
1. Who is eligible to this price promo?
All existing CelcomDigi Business postpaid users with active line.
2. I am currently subscribed to the legacy Celcom Mega lightning/Go DiGi, am I entitled?
Yes, you are, however, you need to ensure the mobile line is in active status (not barred/terminated/suspended).
3. What discount should I expect if I subscribe to the price promo?

4. How long will I enjoy the rebate for?
Eligible customers will enjoy the rebate for 24 months and 12 months according to the plan they chose.
5. Will I be contracted?
Yes, if you take the plan with router, you will be contracted for 24 months, and if you take the plan with Outdoor CPE, router or MiFi, and 12 months if you take plan only.
6. What happens if I terminate the service before the contract period ends?
You will need to pay the early termination penalty which is calculated by the remaining contract value of the original plan (before discount).
7. I was a CelcomDigi Business mobile customer, but I have switched to another mobile provider. Am I entitled to this promo?
No. Only active CelcomDigi Business mobile users will enjoy this promo.
8. What is the promo period?
The promo period starts now until further notice. Any extension or discontinuation thereof shall be subject to the sole discretion of CelcomDigi.
9. Do I need to ensure my service is activated before the promo period ends to enjoy the rebate?

1. What is CelcomDigi Business Postpaid 5G Package Plan?
CelcomDigi Business Postpaid 5G is a Plan that offers 5G & 4G network to help businesses scope with greater demand for connectivity, now and in the future. No matter the size of the company, CelcomDigi Business Postpaid 5G has something for you.
2. When is this package Plan available?
This Plan has been made available for subscription from 26th February 2024 and shall continue to be available until further notice issued by CelcomDigi.
3. Who can subscribe to this Plan?
All Enterprise customers, Corporate Officer (CO) and Corporate Individual (CI).
4. Who is eligible for the offerings?
The plan is open to all New and Existing CelcomDigi Business Customer which includes:
• Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
• Change of rate plan
• Prepaid to Postpaid conversion.
5. I am a foreigner, can I register for this plan?
Yes, foreigners need to pay a deposit of RM500 at the point of registration, on top of the required advance payment. The deposit will act as an offset to any amount due under your Account and the balance Deposit will be returned to you within four (4) months from the termination date.
