FTTR-update

Apakah yang menjadikan Fiber-to-the-Room (FTTR-B) CelcomDigi sebagai penyelesaian yang lebih pintar untuk perniagaan anda?

FTTR-B is a WiFi coverage solution that extends your fibre connection to different rooms or areas of your business premises through dedicated fibre links.

Unlike conventional WiFi where signals may weaken further away from the main router, FTTR-B helps deliver more consistent connectivity across your workspace.

Whether you are operating a multi-storey office, retail outlet or multiple meeting rooms, FTTR-B helps keep your team and business connected.

Better WiFi coverage. Smoother business operations.

Keep your business running smoothly with high-speed connectivity that reaches beyond the main router.

Wider WiFi coverage

Extend reliable connectivity across meeting rooms, workspaces and multiple floors, helping reduce weak signal areas.

High-speed performance

Enjoy connectivity of up to 1Gbps to support video calls, cloud applications and everyday digital business operations.

Connect more devices

Support up to 300 connected devices, helping your team stay productive as your business grows.

You are online first. Fibre follows.

You do not wait for the fibre team before you can work. Here is what happens, in order.

Your router arrives

Within 48 hours of subscribing, you receive a router with a 4G SIM. Unlimited data, up to 100Mbps, wherever fibre is not ready yet.

We book your fibre installation

We request fibre at your address straight away. Timing depends on infrastructure and port readiness in your area: roughly 7 to 60 days.

The installer visits

A standard installation takes about 2 hours on average. You confirm the appointment by email.

Fibre goes live

Your monthly charge switches to your fibre plan, with the first month prorated. The 4G SIM stays on as your backup.

Good to know about the 4G SIM

The monthly commitment on the 4G SIM is waived for the first 6 months. After that, the general FAQ says a monthly commitment fee of RM51 applies.

Where does your Wi-Fi drop off?

Standard Wi-Fi weakens the further you move from the router. FTTR runs dedicated fibre links to each room,
so speed and coverage stay consistent in multi-storey offices, factories and livestreaming rooms.
